• Where should my product be dropped off?

  Please ensure that the delivery company transfers heavy item(s) to the room or area that you would like it assembled. Your technician will not have moving equipment handy.

• When will my technician be arriving?

  You can expect a call or text from your technician on the day of the appointment updating you with an estimated time of arrival.

• Do I have to be present for the assembly?

  We ask that an adult be present at the job site for the entire duration of the assembly. If it is not possible that an adult is present please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

• Will the assembly area be safe for children and pets?

  We ask that you arrange for pets and children to be in a separate area during the assembly to ensure a safe and successful completion.
