After you submit a quote request for your table or desk or desk assembly service, you will receive your quote and a personalized booking link within 24-48 hours. After you book, the rest is on us! We will take the lead to make sure the entire assembly process goes smoothly. On the off chance that your table or desk arrives with damages, incorrect pieces, or with pieces that are missing then your technician will let you know immediately and help facilitate ordering replacement parts. Below is a bulleted snapshot of our process for a smooth assembly.
Before: The day before your table or desk assembly you will receive a reminder email confirming the appointment. On the day of your assembly, your Prime Spaces technician will call or send a text with an estimated arrival time.
During: After your technician introduces him or herself upon arrival, they will safely clear a work area to unbox, organize, and fully inspect each part for any defects, and report any findings before they begin assembling your table or desk.
After: When the assembly is complete your technician will tidy the work area and make sure your new table or desk is safely positioned in the exact spot you want it. Finally, your technician will give you your assembly instruction manual and any hardware tools that came in the packaging.
