After you submit a quote request for your multifamily installation project, we’ll review the property, number of units or spaces, scope of work, installation schedule, access requirements, and any project specifications provided by the owner, property manager, dealer, or general contractor. We’ll then develop a project-specific quote and installation plan based on the scope and timeline.
Before: We’ll review the unit types, furniture or equipment schedules, floor plans, access procedures, staging requirements, and installation sequence. For larger projects, we’ll coordinate the work by building, floor, unit type, or designated area to keep installation organized and consistent.
During: Our installation team will inspect delivered products, organize materials, and complete the installation according to the approved specifications. Depending on the project, this may include unit furniture, common-area furniture, closets and storage, fitness equipment, or other FF&E. We’ll work systematically through the property while communicating any missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items that could affect the schedule.
After: As areas are completed, we’ll perform quality checks and identify any outstanding items requiring attention. We’ll work through the project punch list and coordinate corrections as needed, leaving completed units and common areas clean, organized, and ready for the next phase of the project. Multifamily and hospitality installation commonly requires phased execution, room/area sequencing, inspection, and punch-list closeout.
