After you submit a quote request for your retail installation or rollout, we’ll review the scope, number of locations, fixture or equipment requirements, installation specifications, site conditions, and required completion dates. For multi-location projects, we’ll also review the rollout schedule and installation sequence so we can plan resources appropriately.
Before: We’ll review installation drawings, fixture lists, site instructions, brand standards, access requirements, delivery schedules, and any location-specific requirements. For rollouts, we’ll coordinate the installation schedule and make sure the scope is clearly defined for each location.
During: Our installation team will receive and inspect the products, organize materials, and install fixtures, displays, furniture, and equipment according to the approved specifications. For rollout projects, we’ll follow the established installation standards at each location and communicate any site conditions, missing components, damage, or other issues that could affect completion.
After: Each location will receive a final quality check to verify that fixtures, displays, furniture, and equipment are properly assembled, positioned, and ready for use. We’ll document outstanding items when necessary, address punch-list work, remove installation debris, and leave the space ready for the store team. Professional retail rollout programs emphasize centralized specifications, consistent brand standards, site-by-site coordination, and documented completion.
