After you submit a quote request for your treadmill assembly service, within 24-48 hours you will receive your quote and a personalized booking link. After you book, we get to work! We will take the lead to make sure the entire assembly process goes smoothly. On the off chance that your dining set arrives with damages, incorrect pieces, or with pieces that are missing then your technician will quickly inform you, take photos of any defective parts, then help facilitate ordering your replacement parts. Below is a bulleted snapshot of our process for a smooth assembly.
Before: The day before your treadmill assembly we will send you a reminder email confirming the appointment. On the day of your assembly your Prime Spaces assembly technician will call or send a text with an estimated arrival time.
During: After your technician introduces him or herself upon arrival, they will safely clear a work area to unbox, organize, and fully inspect each part for any defects, and report any findings before they begin assembling your new treadmill.
After: When the assembly is complete your technician will test the equipment for proper functionality. Your technician will also tidy the work area and restore any furniture they moved back to its original setting. Finally, your technician will walk you through the important features of your new treadmill.
